Use a flexible measuring tape and stand in a relaxed position. Wrap the tape around each point: shoulders from edge to edge across the back, bust at the fullest part, waist at the narrowest point, hips at the widest part. Measure against skin or thin undergarments. Take each measurement two or three times and use the average.
