1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of All That's Stylist ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Services

All That's Stylist provides personal styling services, including but not limited to:

• Style consultation and color analysis
• Personal shopping
• Wardrobe organization and audits
• Special occasion styling
• Online styling consultations

3. Booking and Payment

Booking: Clients must book in advance through designated channels. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of confirmation from our team.

Payment: Service fees must be paid according to the terms specified in the quotation. A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client:

• More than 48 hours notice: Full deposit refund
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% deposit refund
• Less than 24 hours notice: No deposit refund

Rescheduling: One free reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours advance notice.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding style preferences and restrictions
• Arrive punctually for scheduled appointments
• Communicate budget constraints in advance
• Treat all staff members with respect

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of All That's Stylist and is protected by intellectual property laws of Thailand.

7. Limitation of Liability

All That's Stylist shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
